Most of the high traffic websites are already on Web 2.0 making it as a widely adopted standard. As Silverlight paves its way into the internet arena, Web 2.0 based websites are strong competitors for Flash/Silverlight based website. Its very important for legacy ASP.NET developers to move to utilization of client side scripting heavily. There are many options like jQuery, Dojo, Google Web Toolkit, YUI etc which can make utilizing client side scripting very easy.
We’ll explore a few of the above frameworks before starting a walkthrough session on using these frameworks with ASP.NET. We’ll also see examples of what can these frameworks provide for Web 2.0 compliant.
